Logistic Planning Department Leader

 We are looking for an “Logistic Planning Team Leader” to be member of our new Logistics Hub Organization based in Tuzla Istanbul.

 Key Responsibilities:

•  Maintaining raw material flow required for continuity of plant production in all locations (production, warehouses, quality and shipping areas) by keeping in touch with the relevant departments. 
•  Checking the material levels of logistics hub & plants , completing the deficiencies and informing the relevant departments about the materials with increasing stock levels. 
•  Responsible of material allocation among the plants 
•  Updating procurement plans periodically and fallow up closely with all parties ,
•  Reporting to customer service team manager about the problems experienced in material flows 
•  Controlling safety stock ,Manage stock level and alert to avoid E&O and KLT levels 
•  Closed communication with manufacturing plant 
•  Forecast monitoring at YDM level and claim potential risks with needed actions  
•  To be responsible Establishment and implementation of procedures related to the department 
• To be responsible Training, motivation, referral and management of the personnel 

 Qualifications:

• Has a Bachelor's Degree from related departments (industrial engineering, business management etc.)
• Has an excellent command of written and spoken English
• Has 4 years of previous experience in material planning
• Will be able to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side,
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Advance SAP Knowledge is a must
• External and internal relationship management skills
• No military obligation for male candidates
