We are looking for experienced Purchasing Assistant for our location in Tuzla, İstanbul.

The Purchasing Assistant is responsible to support the Category buyers for the strategic purchasing of connection systems components. Major task is directed towards achieving total cost objectives for purchased material in terms of quality, timing, costs and service as the execution of category purchasing activities such as support for sourcing of new products, support for negotiations strategy preparation, and support for global purchasing initiatives where relevant.

Your responsibilities:

• Frequent reporting of Supply Management related tasks.

• Periodically reporting of savings status per Category buyer.

• Responsible for eRFQ related responsibilities i.e. support for Initiation, clarification, follow up all eRFQ's issued towards Connection Systems suppliers

• Enter & upload required data in CST based on data provided by category buyer

• Enter & upload all contract related data and documents in ENAIO system based on data provided by category buyer

• Support category buyer team with all data clarification activities, issues and follow up general requests to suppliers (e.g. Samples, data updates...)

Your profile:

• Master or bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration combined with technical background

• 2-4 years of experience in purchasing activities or equivalent professional record in automotive industry,
• Ability to analyze complex data,
• Condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports,
• You effectively communicate on any level,

• You are a strong team player

• Excellent computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office);

• Your English skills are on a business proficiency level in speaking and writing
