Quality Assurance Department Leader

We are looking for “Quality Assurance Department Leader” for our Bursa-Gemlik Plant with below job description and qualifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Execution and follow-up of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 studies,
• Conducting audit preparations and accompanying the audit,
• Organization of Total Quality Management activities,
• Establishment, implementation, development and performance of quality systems,
• MSA - Teardown - Coordination of calibration activities,
• Quality systems, Coordination, reporting and follow-up of process inspections,
• Supervise the internal audit team,
• To support the execution of localization studies,
• Monthly reporting of Quality System performance to senior management,
• Checking the annual plans,
• Conveying the awareness of Quality Control Circles to all company employees,
• Checking the reports of the department,
• Providing complete and uninterrupted QMS support to all departments within the company,
• Transfer of total quality awareness to company employees,
• Fully authorized to stop the line in case of a quality risk in production,
• Preparation of management review reporting,
• Monitoring the application of the 5S / QMS rules withing his/her QMS team,
• Following up the objectives related to the department,
  
• Define goals and development plan for his/her team, make performance evalution.

QUALIFICATOINS:

• Residence in Bursa
• Bachelor degree in engineering fields
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in the field of cable harness
  
• Good command of English (Part of the interview will be held in English)
• Good communication skills, dynamic and result oriented
• Excellent PC Skills (Especially MS Office Applications)
• No military obligation for male candidates
