We are looking for a Budget and Planning Specialist to be assigned to the YILDIRIM Holding’s Finance Department at our headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: Budgeting and Planning, Cost Accounting, Audit, Cost Controlling, Financial Reporting
• Having audit experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written) in both English and Turkish
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills in analyzing and interpreting operational issues, formulating options, and planning, proposing and implementing solutions
• Self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of energy
• Attentive to deadlines with a high level of communication with involved parties
• Team player, easygoing, and able to manage good relations with different types of people
• Ability to manage cross-group and cross-country boundaries
• Ability to establish trust quickly and create win-win situations
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• No restrictions on traveling

Requirements:

• Participate in the implementation & utilization of Hyperion projects (budgeting, business intelligence and long-term planning for different sectors)
• Play an active role in the budget process, reporting, cost controlling and monthly consolidation of financial statements of all Group entities
• Prepare monthly management report(s)
• Support Budget and Reporting Manager in standardization of reporting in order to evaluate performances of the Group operating in different sectors
• Support the effective management of the process and confirm the accuracy and quality of the data by working in coordination with the Group entities during the budget process
