For our location in Istanbul, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist.

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support positions and preferably in the automotive spare parts sector (not intern)
• Experienced in customer data management in ERP systems
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Upper -intermediate English level

İŞİN TANIMI

• Communication link between internal departments, customers and sales team.
• To create monthly sales and claim reports and work on digitalization and automatization of business supportative reports
• Administrate, maintain and monitor Customer Master Data (Address, Contacts, Prices, Payment/INCO terms etc.)
• To prepare price lists and determining of sales and campaign price lists according to market conditions and stock level
• To monitor customers’ credit limits, prepare annual agreements and customer bonus calculation
