Tasks

• Cross-domain and cross-series validation of the functionality and diagnostic robustness of E/E systems in vehicle use 

• Test planning and configuration of the E/E systems in the endurance vehicles, taking into account the test requirements, as well as deadlines and available resources 

• Cross-departmental coordination with project manager, designer, test coordinator and vehicle supervisor 

• Coordination and control of conversion orders, test requirements and tracking of the implementation including

•Executing the vibration / climate tests and reporting test processes.

• Well-founded and professionally competent analysis of measurement data, driver logs and damaged parts (E/E share) with the aim of accurately identifying the cause of the error and enabling further efficient processing in the error management process  

• Summary of hedging results, evaluation of results and documentation as a report 

• Planning, commissioning and tracking of work packages at project partners, as well as the technical management of a test team 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Systems Engineering disciplines.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering, elctronics, technical computer science, or a comparable field  

•Good knowledge about CANBus, on-board diagnostic, EV Systems and li-ion batteries.

• Experience in writing and understanding vehicle, system, sub-system and component level requirements

• Good documentation skills with extremely systematic, clear and precise writing style

• Business Level Working Proficiency in English

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of testing or development of networked mechatronic systems, preferably in the automotive environment and experience in project work

• Distinctive ability to analyze technically complex interrelationships of networked mechatronic systems 

• Very good handling of MS Office, CANAPE, CANalyzer (Vector company) and error management systems

• Driving license class B is an advantage 

•Flexible for short and long-term travels abroad if necessary
